Applying questions

How do I register with CallForce

Registration is easy! Send us your CV and we will call you. Once we've established that you are interested in and suitable for the positions we are recruiting for, we will invite you to our offices to complete our interview process. This entails skills assessments, a competency based interview and other administrative processes such as filling in our application and indemnity forms.

Job questions

Can you find me a permanent position?

Yes we can! CallForce specialises in permanent and temporary recruitment across several industries.

How registration works

1. Upload your CV

Fill in the registration form on the jobs page and upload your CV. Your details are saved on our candidate management system, which is our first port of call when sourcing for our clients.

2. Recruitment proces

Our recruitment process is custom made to suit the requirements of our clients and the positions they are recruiting for. You will be required to do several computer based assessments, a competency based interview and a role play where applicable. During this step your career goals will be discussed, which gives us a deeper understanding of your needs and aspirations.

3. Client Interview

The final step in the recruitment process is an interview with our client. During this interview the client will test your suitability for the environment in terms of skills and culture fit. We make it our mission to understand our client environment and will prepare you as well as we possibly can to increase your chances of success during this important step.

4. Pre employment briefing

Otherwise known as induction; this is where we sign on the dotted line and share as much information with you as possible to ensure that your first and subsequent days based on our client's site are enjoyable and successful.
